The BD™ CBA Human Soluble Protein Flex Set System employs particles with discrete fluorescence intensities to detect soluble analytes at very low concentrations. The working assay range for most analytes in this system is 10 to 2,500 pg/mL.
The BD™ CBA Human Soluble Protein Master Buffer Kit contains all of the supporting reagents necessary to perform an assay using a BD CBA Human Soluble Protein Flex Set. The buffers and instrument setup reagents provided in this kit have been optimized for analysis of analytes in tissue culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples. - Ingrédients
- Assay diluent, capture bead diluent, capture bead diluent for serum/plasma samples, detection reagent diluent, wash buffer, instrument setup reagents
