Hcf101 is a novel protein required for photosystem I biogenesis. Hcf101-1 is a high-chlorophyll-fluorescence hcf) Arabidopsis thaliana mutant that lacks photosystem I. In green tissue the level of this protein is stimulated by light and the protein has not been detected in roots. It has been localized in chloroplast stroma. - Poids moléculaire
