- Inhibition (Inh)
- Fonction
- Acetyl-transferase NAT10 inhibitor
- Attributs du produit
- Potent and selective inhibitor of N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10) which is capable of acetylating microtubules and histones. Improves nuclear architecture, chromatin organization and fitness of both human lamin A/C-depleted cells and Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome patient cells, normalizing progeric and aging cells. Enhances health span in a mouse model of human accelerated aging syndrome. Significantly reduces many of the defects associated with accumulation of the lamin A precursor, prelamin A. Inhibits NAT10-promoted metastasis which may be mediated by endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma.
