This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PDLIM3 antibody (Catalog #: ARP55067_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
PDLIM3 contains a PDZ domain and a LIM domain, indicating that it may be involved in cytoskeletal assembly. In support of this, PDLIM3 has been shown to bind the spectrin-like repeats of alpha-actinin-2 and to colocalize with alpha-actinin-2 at the Z lines of skeletal muscle.
