Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RIPK2 antibody (Catalog #: AVARP02047_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
RIPK2 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. It contains a C-terminal caspase activation and recruitment domain (CARD), and is a component of signaling complexes in both the innate and adaptive immune pathways. It is a potent activator of NF-kappaB and inducer of apoptosis in response to various stimuli. This gene encodes a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases.
