Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TRPV5 antibody (Catalog #: ARP49458_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
TRPV5 is a member of the transient receptor family and the TrpV subfamily. TRPV5, a calcium-selective channel, has 6 transmembrane-spanning domains, multiple potential phosphorylation sites, an N-linked glycosylation site, and 5 ANK repeats. TRPV5 forms homotetramers or heterotetramers and is activated by a low internal calcium level. This gene is a member of the transient receptor family and the TrpV subfamily.
