Attributs du produit
Recombinant TRβ1 protein is isolated from an E. coli strain that carries the coding sequence of the human TRβ1 isoform under the control of a T7 promoter (accession number NM 000461) and purified by a combination of affinity and gel filtration chromatography. TRβ1 protein has an amino terminal polyhistidine tag and is purified free of contaminating proteases, endonucleases and exonucleases, and is visually determined to be > 95 % pure on an SDS-polyacrylamide gel.

Recombinant TRβ1 is suitable for in vitro transcription, chromatin remodeling and protein-protein interaction assays. 20 ng is sufficient for reconstituted transcription assays and 100 ng is sufficient for protein-protein interaction studies. The molecular weight of the protein is ~45 kDa. NOTE: The presence of Poly [d(I-C)] in buffers may affect protein functionality and should be avoided.
