Indications d'application:

Application Note: DbpA is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect bands at 60.9 kDa for DbpA-MBP, (18.5 kDa for DbpA and 42.4 kDa for MBP) in size corresponding to DbpA by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
