Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20 mM NaAc, 150 mM NaCl ( pH 5.5).

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20 mM NaAc, 150 mM NaCl ( pH 5.5). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Stock: 4 °C,-80 °C

Stockage commentaire: Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
