Restrictions
For Research Use only
Format
Lyophilized
Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet
NKG2A, NKG2-A, CD94, KLRD1, KP43, KLRC1, CD159A,NKG2, also known as NKG2A(CD159A), is a member of the killer cell lectin-like receptor family. NKG2A marks a unique immune effector subset preferentially co-expressing the tissue-resident CD103 Molecule, but not immune checkpoint inhibitors. It is expressed only in NK-cells, but not in T-cells or B-cells.
Poids moléculaire
18.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
