Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Melanoma antigen gene A3 (MAGE-A3) is one of the most immunogenic cancer testis antigens and is common in various types of cancers. MAGE-A3 can be considered as a predictor for poor prognosis and an option for vaccine immunotherapy in patients with PCa.

Poids moléculaire: 258 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 260-265 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
