- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1 % BSA, 5 % HSA, 10 % FBS or 5 % Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
- Stock
- -20 °C,-80 °C
- Stockage commentaire
-
Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C to -80 °C for long term.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20 °C for 3 months, at 2-8 °C for up to 1 week.

Description: Dkk-3, also known as REIC (Reduced Expansion in Immortalized Cells), is one of four numbered members of the Dickkopf family of Wnt antagonists . Dkk-3 is a secreted monomer expressed in many normal human tissues, most strongly in heart, brain and spinal cord, and during early embryonic development in the mouse.Dkk-3 contains two cysteine rich regions and is involved in embryonic development through its interactions with the Wnt signaling pathway. The DKK3 protein is proposed to function as a secreted tumor suppressor since it is downregulated in a number of cancer cells and prostate cancer tissue. DKK3 protein is also a negative regulator of beta-catenin and its downregulation contribute to an activation of the beta-catenin signaling pathway.
