Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot) (1/500-1/3,000), ELISA (1/2,000-1/10,000) and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibodybased enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Conseil sur la manipulation
Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Do not add Sodium azide. Dilute only prior to immediate use Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.
