Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISAusing Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin (cat. -no. RA021HRP) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:12,000 to 1:55,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggestedfor this product.
Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
