Flow Cytometry (FACS), Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Attributs du produit
Double-staining with clone 14A3 and duck CD8 alpha clone Du CD8-1 (product code MCA2479 ), revealed the presence of a CD8high /14A3- cytotoxic T cell population and a CD8low/14A3+ B cell population in duck spleen and also revealed a high percentage of CD8+ /14A3+ cells in duck bursa. The recognition of B cells by 14A3 was confirmed using a recently developed Flag-tagged chicken B cell marker, known as chBAFF-Flag (B cell activating factor). This antibody recognises IgA in Pekin duck bile and can be used as a marker to identify B cells in both Pekin and Muscovy duck and geese studies. This antibody detects a band of approximately 25 kDa in duck cell lysates in Western blotting.
Purification
Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Immunogène
Purified Pekin duck yolk IgY. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/0 mouse myeloma cell line.
Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer

Agent conservateur
Sodium azide
Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Conseil sur la manipulation
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
