Flow Cytometry: < / = 0.2 μg/10^6 cells. Identification and enumeration of IgE+ cells. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Identification and enumeration of IgE+ cells. Also used as a second step reagent for mouse IgM monoclonal antibodies.
Other applications not tested.
